All Traffic Products Limited (ATP) was incorporated in March 2020, the new business has seen exponential growth within a short time. ATP has attracted many customers, due to their proven high degree of service. The core products of ATP are quite niche, supplying the traffic sign, street lighting and traffic signal pole market.
ATP sought advice from the Manufacturing Growth Programme to help the business achieve their growth objectives, which strangely enough involved not wanting to grow too quickly. With experienced Directors at the helm, ATP wanted to grow; not reactively, but in line with their business plan.
The Manufacturing Growth Programme (MGP) has provided the business with free tailored business growth advice and grant funding. The funding has enabled the business to acquire new swage machine tooling.
The increase in the business’ capacity has culminated in an exciting new contract to be a supplier of traffic signal poles to a blue-chip company.

The new swage machine tooling has allowed them to target new markets that were previously out of reach. The investment has created a significant increase to their turnover and their ability to consider additional growth strategies.
ATP have employed a new full time operative and will look to take on an apprentice next year as the volume of work increases.
