Step 2 – GROWTHMapper

GROWTHmapperYour Growth Manager will support you through GROWTHmapper®, our unique business diagnostic review tool for the manufacturing business. This business diagnostic tool is used to analyse the performance of the business and determine the key areas for improvement.

Step 3 - Bespoke Action Plan

Bespoke Action PlanWith your MGM and the results of the GROWTHmapper® diagnostic, MGP will formulate a tailored business improvement plan that will identify which areas require additional support. Your choice of expert will work with you to implement these plans.

MGP will cover a percentage of the cost of implementing your improvement project. Your Growth Manager will identify other opportunities for grant funding that may be applicable.

Step 4 – Grant Application

PoundOnce a project has been identified, your Growth Manager will process the paperwork from which you will receive a formal grant offer letter. The letter outlines the priorities of the manufacturer and the anticipated outcomes and benefits of the support provided.

Once this has been received, you can then contract your chosen provider to deliver the work required as identified in the action plan.

Step 5 – Project Delivery

Improvement ProjectYour external improvement project provider will work with you to deliver the work agreed over a four-month period. Once the project has been completed, you will be required to pay your supplier in full. From this you will receive a percentage of the cost. Your Growth Manager will contact you to undertake a review of the benefits and impact the project has had on your business.
